Wallet Connection Troubleshooting Guide
Allow Wallet Connection
- Open the MetaMask extension and approve connection of your chosen wallet to the website
General Troubleshooting
- Clear cache and cookies
- Hard refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R)
Reset MetaMask
- Uninstall, reinstall, and reconnect MetaMask - IMPORTANT: Save your secret key and/or 12-word passphrase before disconnecting
- Create a throw-away wallet then reinstall MetaMask and reconnect your main account
Phantom Wallet Troubleshooting
- If you have Phantom (or other wallets) they may interfere
- Disconnect / Uninstall Phantom and calls to MetaMask often stop having invisible errors
